One major concern crucial to our success and growth is how we handle our customers individually, with proper coordination and direction plus expertise and years of experience in delivering quality copiers, our customer care executives and technical specialists are able to guide buyers in every transaction accordingly.

Technical Support

We offer two kinds of after sales service:

1. HOME SERVICE - our technical team will trouble shoot or repair customer’s copier at their place where ever they are in the Philippines.
2. IN-HOUSE SERVICE – the customer will bring their copier in our service center with cheaper service charge.

Sales Support 

Copieronline Philippines Inc. has a sales support executives that could assist clients in choosing the right copier that would best suit their budget and needs. We want our customers to get real-value-for-money that is why, we don't want them to spend more than what they need. We recommend only the most affordable and reliable machine that are guaranteed to satisfy their needs.

Delivery and Shipment

We offer free delivery within Metro Manila only. Delivery cost will be charged for provincial deliveries. Shipping will also be arranged through LBC, 2GO, AP CARGO, PAMBATO, GOTHONG AND OTHER TRUCKING SERVICES.
