TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMER:
RETURN AND EXCHANCE POLICY
(Applies on ALL ITEMS EXCEPT COPIER MACHINE)
1. NO RECEIPT. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
2. The request for return or exchange or purchased items shall be made
within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.
3. The Company will return exchange the item with another item but the difference in the price shall be borne by the buyer.
4. Request for return or exchange may still be accepted beyond the 7-
day period at the discretion of the company and subject to payment
of restocking fee equivalent to 5% of the purchase amount of the item
beyond the first week of purchase, an additional 5% per week for the
succeeding weeks (example 5% on the second week, 10% on the
third week and so on) but not more than one (1) month.
5. Only items that have complete boxes, seal, packaging in unused
condition shall be honored for return or exchange.
6. Items that have physical damage shall not be honored.
7. The company reserves the RIGHT to decline any return or exchange
when deemed necessary.

CHANGE UNIT POLICY
(Applies on COPIER MACHINE)
1. NO RETURN. NO CHANGE UNIT.
2. CHANGE UNIT shall be allowed WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD OR ON
SPECIFIED NUMBER OF COPIES and after the evaluation of Company’s
technician. The following circumstance are considered:
a. If the machine’s trouble/problem is UNREPAIRABLE.
b. If the broken spare parts is not available within 15days.
c. If in case that the damaged, troubled unit, broken spare parts or
cover is due to customer’s or shipper’s negligence or mishandling,
shall NOT be honored.
The exchange of unit will be on the same specification or of the same
Purchase value/amount.
3. Copier machine that have physical damage shall not be honored.
4. The company reserved the RIGHT to decline CHANGE UNIT when
deemed necessary.
